Ihre Aufgaben

  • Acquire new business within the German mobility markets, focusing on major Tier-1 suppliers and supporting sales efforts with German subsidiaries of non-German Tier-1 suppliers 
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within complex automotive organizations, utilizing both existing and newly established connections
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with the OEM sales team to achieve business goals and foster long-term customer development
  • Win Proof of Concept (PoC) and Start of Production (SoP) projects with Tier-1 suppliers
  • Identify co-development opportunities, build demos, and promote joint solutions in the market
  • Maintain accurate account plans, sales forecasts, and regularly update CRM systems
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field is preferred
  • At least 15 years of successful experience in selling advanced software, electronic components, connected car technologies, or similar automotive solutions
  • Proven experience in selling to Tier-1 suppliers and deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and meet strategic goals in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle, including PoC, pre-production, and mass production
  • Over 10 years of experience negotiating with OEMs or supplier procurement departments
  • Strong networking, influencing, and negotiation skills with a “team player” mindset
  • Basic knowledge of automotive electrical/electronic (E/E) architecture and data applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a culturally diverse business environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international)
